Summary:This paper investigates the formation and development of judicial review of administrative actions in Vietnam, which show the perspectives, approaches and selections of the judicial review of administrative actions in Vietnam. Under the influence of the actual conditions and circumstances, such as wars, political characteristics, right from the early regulations for the establishment of the model and maintenance and development, the judicial review of administrative actions in Vietnam has always presented the willingness of the State of Vietnam during the construction of the country. The study about the judicial review of administrative actions in Vietnam since its establishment affirms the necessity and effectiveness of judicial review of administrative actions, which allow the people as well as people’s organizations could exercise the right to react to administrative decisions and acts of public authorities. This is one of the signs of democracy and contributes to the development of a government of the people, by the people and for the people.
