This survey shows that the Constitutions of this region generally have treaty-making clauses, but only a few Constitutions simultaneously have treaty or international status clause and/or treaty or international law based foreign policy clause. This finding further show that the Constitutions of this region are basically conservative and unfriendly to international law clauses, and the extent of incorporation of international law clauses into the Constitutions in this region largely has some connection with the political systems of the Constitutions 2020-10-15T08:52:38Z 2020-10-15T08:52:38Z 2019 Zhu, L.
