Unemployment is not only a problem in poor and developing countries but also in developed nations, especially when the society is affecting by the changes of the era. This is a global issue and a concern of all humanity. Unemployment insurance plays a significant important role as it does not only ensure the lives of workers losing their jobs but also creates opportunities for them to find new ones. It thus contributes to the political and social stability, as well as promotes sustainable development of every country
