Some effects of changes in context on Vietnamese regulation on labour and proposals

This writing highlights some changes in new context due to the development of eco-social activities and technology, then presents some main effects of these changes to labour regulations. These changes jointly create new demand for the development of labour law such as the extension and effectiveness of protection toward worker. The amendment of labour law is no longer on a traditional way but needs to adapt new approach. Some proposals at the end of the writing are expected to contribute for an improvement of labour regulations to adapt with new changes in new context.
