Law on professionalism of national assembly deputies in the transition period

In the legislative field, the responsibility of deputies seems to have a bit of relevance as stipulated in Article 7 of the Law on the Promulgation of 2015 Legal Documents on the legal responsibilities of entities involved in the legislative process: In case the draft document does not guarantee the quality, delays in progress, does not guarantee the constitutionality, legality, uniformity of legal documents. However, this provision is quite general and inadequate; in fact, there is no specific regulation to regulate the responsibilities of violating entities, leading to errors in the legislative process. Part of the reason is also because there is no guarantee of accountability to the drafting agency.
