The concept of project management emerged in the 1950s when organizations put technical systems into practice to manage complex technical projects. This milestone marked the beginning of the project managers have been developing until at present. Project management is the practice of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the work of a team to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria at the specified time. (Wikipedia). There are some ways to approach the project management such as: Phased, Lean, Interactive, and Incremental. Expanding project planning based on outcome (impact) or activities (progress-based)
