Summary:Most of hospitals in Vietnam belong to the Government. They are non-profit healthcare centers established to help ensuring higher living standards for Vietnamese. The service prices of -those hospitals are strictly controlled to ensure affordability. Due to the Government contracted revenues, the healthcare sector does not get enough financial imbursement. The population keeps fast growing, the healthcare-related service demands increase, but most state hospital do not have financial resource to increase their capacity matching with demands. Therefore, the Government recently allow its non-profit hospitals to open a for-profit Healthcare Service Center within them. That Center would price following market supplydemands balance. 'fhe revenues from such for-profit center would provide extra financial resource for the hospital to maintain, develop, and expand facilitics and human resources. However, to raise more revenues from the center. the hospital needs to attract more customers, and that is the reason that I take the research topic of Solutions to enhance customer relationship management of• the Phu Tho Traditional Medical Healthcare Hospital for my thesis.
