الملخص: | Vietnam is adapting to the world economy integration. Therefore, competition in the market is becoming more and more intensive. In this case, a company with proper business strategy can exist stably and achieve successes. Besides, electricity prices have become a wide concern over the country and High-voltage Power Transmission product is one of the factors that affect to the cost of electricity. Those are the reasons why the topic was chosen with the purpose of seeing through the specific case of High-voltage Power Transmission of Siemens Ltd. The study showed essential problems of company, evaluated recent strategy and recommended new strategies that meet the long' vision to deal with existed impacts and become more competitive. |
