Disclosure and transparency in local government activities are the responsibility of the State in the process of exercising democracy, building up integrity and creating governments. Publicity and transparency of local authorities at grassroots levels are politics at strengthening people's confidence in the operation of the state apparatus in order to stabilize, economy and society. In recent years, how is transparency and publicity implemented? How do people participate and evaluate this activity? If there are many limitations and obstacles, what are the recommendations needed to ensure disclosure and transparency in the operation of local governments?
