This study focuses on the impact of adverse events, such as swatting, stream-sniping, and stalking, on Twitch streamers and their content. These behaviors are often targeted harassment and can negatively impact a streamer's overall well-being. The research aims to increase awareness of these harmful behaviors and their impact by creating a digital webcomic that visually depicts them, which can be shared on the Filipino Webcomic platform Penlab. A qualitative survey was conducted to gain a comprehensive understanding of the prevalence and impact of these negative behaviors, targeting Twitch viewers. The survey sought to elicit examples of stream snipping, swatting, and parasocial relationships within the Twitch community and gather participants' perspectives. Using qualitative research methods, the study collected nuanced and detailed data on a range of negative behaviors often overlooked in traditional research studies. Ultimately, the research aims to create a safer and more supportive digital environment for Twitch users by increasing awareness and promoting proactive measures toward prevention. Overall, this study provides valuable insights into the complex dynamics of Twitch and the impact of harmful behaviors on streamers and their content. 2023-06-29T15:00:00Z text application/pdf https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/conf_shsrescon/2023/arts_da/6 https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/context/conf_shsrescon/article/1766/viewcontent/DA_Morales____Prudence_Meredith_Morales.pdf DLSU Senior High School Research Congress Animo Repository Twitch, Chat, Streamers, Swatting, Stream-sniping, Parasocial relationships
