Operating under a sole proprietorship model, MOTEEVATE is comprised of a stellar managerial team of finance, marketing, operations, human resources executives, and the owner. Each member is dedicated to the betterment and success of the business, with their strengths being applied correspondingly to their respective expertise. Being a start-up business in the T-shirt industry, a highly competitive market where achieving success is difficult, MOTEEVATE utilizes a rapid penetration marketing strategy to capture the eyes of its target market. Competing against significant local and international companies, the business needed a unique selling point alongside raising awareness. It relied on the ingenious talent of the team’s designer to craft highly unique designs for the shirts. To reach its target market, MOTEEVATE relies on social media marketing, specifically Instagram, and utilizes various forms of publication materials like posters and videos to promote its products. These proved effective as the business achieved success, manifested by a sold-out result at the first bazaar. MOTEEVATE kicked off its operations with an initial capital of ₱25,000.00, with the members contributing ₱5,000.00 each. A generous profit amounting to ₱10,289.00 was earned from this investment. This will be rolled over to fund continued operations and to increase production for the upcoming bazaars. The total profit earned will be distributed among the founding members when it concludes its operations after participating in this term’s scheduled bazaar. MOTEEVATE prides itself in its innovative approach, alongside the business’s dedicated team and strategic marketing efforts, which paved the way for a successful start and created a solid foundation for future growth and sustainability.
