Plexchem Philippines, Inc. is a company that serves as a middle party between other companies in need of chemicals and the like and companies that are engaged in manufacturing these kind of products. These other companies may either be from other countries or are operating locally. With this kind of business, the company keeps a large amount of physical databases that is not trashed out for the basic reason of future referencing. These kept documents are used as bases for new transactions and sales. And aside from this, the company is operating in a tedious system that is done manually. In this line, the group desires to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the company's system. After which, designing an efficient software as replacement for the human operated system is also desired, and the possibility of its installation and implementation. The specified vital operations of the company badly needs a far more better system that will operate efficiently, accurately, eliminate time wastage and reduce job tasks for these systems alone, i.e. searching and maintaining the physicality of the company's database. All these would mean more efficient processing of data and better service.
