| Summary: | As an educational institution, St. Alphonsus Liguori Integrated School needed a communication channel that documented the school's rules, regulations and norms. The communication channel was readily available to disseminate information regarding the school's policies and norms. Also, this channel helped the students, parents, faculty and non-faculty members to adapt the SALIS' culture. This problem was brought up during the interviews with the school's supervisor and other members of the organization.
A print package was suited to answer this need. It consisted of a students' handbook and an employees' manual. These served as readily available sources of information.
The students' handbook contained rules and regulations, norms and other basic information about the school while the employees' manual included salary scheme, ranking and promotions, job description, and benefits. |
