It caters to one-liter, four liter, and 16-liter white paint demand of Pacific Paints and Oil Manufacturing, Inc. (PPOMI), its mother company and only customer. The company aims to achieve the same percentage of growth for the succeeding years, however, the current Asian regional crisis limits the availability of resources to each this objective. The system claims seven-percent growth every year. The company aims to achieve the same percentage of growth for the succeeding years, however, the current Asian regional crisis limits the availability of resources to reach this objective. The system study conducted by the group establishes the weakness. The capacity of the filling process is limiting the capacity of the production to 47,750,000 liters for the year 1997. After gathering data and making analysis, it is determined that three significant factors leads towards this weakness. These factors include the Insufficient Workforce, the unavailability of sixteen-liter conveyors, and the Unavailability of resources to reach this objective. The system study conducted by the group establishes the weakness, The capacity of the filling process in limiting the capacity of the production to 47,500.000 liters for the year 1997. After gathering data and making analysis, it is determined that three significant factors leads towards this weakness.
