The test used in measuring the achievement motivation was the trait survey as for the academic performance, their GPA of the previous term was used as a basis and for the parenting style, the method of discipline questionnaire was used. Among the three styles of parenting, the democratic was the most frequently used, while permissive was second, and the third, autocratic.
