Summary:This is a descriptive study on the perception of sexual harassment by Filipino male middle managers. A survey questionnaire was answered by 107 selected respondents from four companies in Metro Manila which revealed that sexual harassment constitutes any observable behavior of a sexual nature which is perceived to be unwanted by the victim and perpetrated by the offender through the use of power and force. This study discussed the perceived behavioral indicators of sexual harassment, its causes and effects as perceived by the Filipino male middle manager. Furthermore, it explored the preventive measures that may address the occurrence of sexual harassment in the workplace.
