Summary:This research paper has dedicated its time towards answering questions similar to Can Europe influence or encourage any political reform in the Philippines? In addressing this issue the researchers focused on current and on going program of corruption prevention in activities such as the Solana workshops and the Inception workshops. These two activities were more of a training course to be foundations of the other projects funded by the European Union to administer to the problems of the Office of the Ombudsman. As an action to figure out the progress and response by the trainees the researchers contacted the participants and asked them questions regarding the importance, effects and fruits of the workshops.
