The Orientation Package for Kodak Philippines, Ltd. (KPL) consists of the (1) Facilitator's Guide (2) Employee's Guide, and (3) On-Screen Presentation. English is the language of instruction used in all three components. The Facilitator's Guide is an 8.5 x 11 , 110-page manual containing company goals, procedures, policies, departmental vision statements and manual work flows. Its target users are the managers and department supervisors-facilitators of the KPL Core Training Program. The Employee's Guide is a 6.75 X 9.5 , 35-page manual containing company goals, procedures, and policies. Its target users are the newly-hired employees. The On-Screen Presentation is a 110-slide supplement visual aid done on Microsoft Powerpoint then transferred to Kodak Portfolio Photo CD.
