Description
Summary:A part of the Filipino's culture is his religiosity. Depicted in many ways and aspects of living, his devotion to Divine Providence and to his chosen patron saint is an interesting fact. The Child Jesus, familiarly known to us as the Santo Niño, has become so much a part of our belief not only for his saving grace but also for the image he projects. The Niño symbolizes the child in each of us - meek and innocent - thus, making us cultivate certain practices and ways of devotion. Some do not only pray or offer sacrifices to him but also lavishly doll up his image like a young boy. In this light, our thesis group presents this project-a film about devotion to the Santo Niño.
