A Comparative Study on the Management Styles of Road Construction Firms in the Philippines is a study of the different management styles of triple A companies which are engaged in horizontal projects and are based in the National Capital Region. Management styles is considered as a determinant factor that greatly affects the profit of a construction firm. Mismanagement could lead to a great loss in the company's profit which could cause the downfall of a construction firm. Through the different management styles presented, companies are being enlightened to what kind of management style they are in. Possible changes as outline in the report could be introduced or adopted in the company's management style to make it a more productive firm. Aside from the management styles, the origins of the company's losses were also traced. Though the causes of losses cannot be totally eliminated by every firm, possible remedies are suggested to lesses these losses.
