Description
Summary:Institute of Women's Studies (IWS) has inadequate number of participation in Trainer's Training program, which can become trainers in the future, because of ineffective recruitment method and recruitment materials. Hence, the proponents constructed communication strategy and communication materials (i.e. website, blog, brochure, facebook page, and referral call and email templates) specifically designed for recruitment. The organizational communication problem and the intervention were supported by Allen et al.'s Model of proposed relationships among media, features, outcomes, and recruiting decision variables (2004) and other supplementary frameworks. These frameworks were applied in auditing (i.e. qualitative and quantitative content analysis, semi-structured interviews, and participant observations) the problem and evaluating (i.e. semi-structured interviews) the intervention.
