Researchers were able to determine the following concepts such as motivation (internal and external), equity, and attachment, and have showed its significance when it comes to the longevity of the yaya in terms of her service years to the household. Virgilio Enriquez's idea regarding Ibang tao and Hindi Ibang Tao were studied as well. The meeting of expectations was further discussed throughout this research. Descriptive design was use. Moreover, an in-depth interview was applied in the study to make a description, and also to explain the factors that would contribute to yaya's loyalty to the household. Convenience sampling and referral sampling were employed in obtaining twenty five yaya's. Responses were analyzed with the use of content analysis. According to the gathered data, the said factors contribute to a yaya's loyalty however, the researchers also found out that the positive relationship that a yaya receives, civil status, pity towards the alaga, and yaya's being relative of the household also contribute to their long stay. Above all these, the characteristics of the family towards the yaya have a greater contribution to the loyalty of a yaya.
