Participants were required to answer two separate forgivingness vignette questionnaires consisting of a narration of an ofense experienced with an HIT or IT offender depending on which material came first, twenty questions with ten of physical offenses and ten emotional offenses. Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA) was used to analyze the responses of 169 participants. Results revealed that (1) individuals forgive HIT offenders more than IT offenders, (2) males are more forgiving than females, and (3) young adults are more forgiving than emerging adults. In terms of the interaction between sex and level of relationship, and age group and level of relationship no significant differences were revealed. 2013-01-01T08:00:00Z text https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_bachelors/10139 Bachelor's Theses English Animo Repository Forgiveness--Religious aspects Interpersonal relations Personality and Social Contexts Social Psychology
