Included here are the top-twenty delay factors that contribute to the delay of high rise buildings. Their distribution according to the three major construction fields, namely Management and Labor, Site Lay-out and Organization and Materials and Equipment was analyzed. Included is the list of top twenty delay sub-factors for a more detailed understanding of the events contributing the most effect. Delays were also grouped based on the activity that it affected or where it could be encountered. |
