Concept: The documentary has an MTV format. A VJ is present to introduce every segment, and the whole documentary is fast-paced. Appropriate music and effects is used to add appeal and to catch the attention of the viewers. Target Audience: High school and college students. Objectives: The documentary's main objective is to increase national consciousness on the issue at hand. Segments#1: Artist of the Month. Contents-Profile shots and credentials of Atty. Oposa, court scenes, and statements regarding the reasons why he is suing the government. Segment#2: Hitlist. Contents-Introduce defendants (PPA, PCG, MMDA, DENR, etc.) and their projects, and statements from Oposa regarding why he suing such agencies. Segment#3: Celebrity death match. Contents-Constraints and conflicts (i.e. PPA vs. PCG, MMDA vs. MMDA, PCG vs. PNP). Video#1: Dirty shots of Manila Bay. Segment#4: Atty. Oposa's last statements. Video#2: Rehabilitation shots of Manila Bay.
