Summary:International Studies European Major graduates from school years' 1995-1997 were selected to be part of this study. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the International Studies Department in particular and draw relationship through the respondents' answers, between education and employment. Survey questionnaires were utilized to gather data from respondents to assess whether or not their degree is related or has assisted in obtaining employment. Results show that although most of the respondents' answered affirmatively to the assistance of their degree in obtaining employment, more than half stated that their job is not particularly related to their field of study, aside from this, more than half also mentinoned that their major study is not appropriate to their employment.
