Summary:The Internet has become a customary basis of information. It satisfies the imagination of individuals which made us adjust with several technological advances. Maximizing such feature, this thesis is aimed to have its part on the vast infrastructure developed by such a technology. As an instructional device, this thesis will present the fundamentals of a lecture. It will present teh course Industrial Electronics and Instrumentation (INDELIN) with sophisticated and highly-developed graphics and animations that makes the instruction effective in establishing a better understanding of the subject matter. The instruction will be made available on-line through the Internet or as stand-alone. With such attribute, one may access the tutorial anywhere and almost anytime. This thesis is not meant to overlook the strengths of a classroom instruction. It is intended to supplement the lectures given in class and not to make it as replacement for instructors.
