In its field of applicnals. The main purpose of this study is to fabricate a device, a physically bonded-optical fiber in parallel, having a flame (LPG tank and Bunsen burner) as a heat source. It has two input and two output ports that are symmetrical, a multimode/multimode arrangement optical coupler. Since commercially available equipment is expensive, cost efficiency is applied in this study. It is therefore proposed that locally available materials be utilized for the coupling process in lieu of the expensive equipment available in the market today. 2000-01-01T08:00:00Z text https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_bachelors/10337 Bachelor's Theses English Animo Repository Fiber optics Optical communications Computer Communication Networks.
