Review of related literature showed that social workers aim to help the children realize their potential and develop self-determination which coincides with the constructs of Positive Psychology. The researchers were able to interview a total of 10 social workers from different organizations around the Metro Manila area. The data gathered from the interviews were presented in case studies and analyzed through content analysis wherein themes were created.
