Description
Summary:The researchers conducted a study on the psychological conditions of engagement of contractual employees of Enerthrust Incorporated. Specifically, the study aimed to analyze and determine how the drives of engagement influence the psychological conditions of the contractual workers. Castellanos A New Framework on Employee Engagement was adapted for the study. Using a survey questionnaire to gather the needed data, the researchers created completely new survey based on the adapted framework. Statistical analyses such as mean ranking, mean, variance, and standard deviation, were used to interpret the collected data. Engaged employees demonstrate higher levels of performance and commitment, and work relationships are improved. But when they are disengaged, productivity suffers and relationship between employees can become dysfunctional. The researchers are recommending the study to Enerthrust Inc., and other companies of their employees to the company and by being able to know or what affects their employees can they make their adjustments accordingly.
