Description
Summary:The study centers on the relationship of the stress strain diagram from high strength concrete with the use of different locally available coarse aggregates. High strength concrete results were also compared with normal strength concrete as well as the behavior of the stress and strain of both samples. Test samples that were used have the strength design of 40 MPa, 75 MPa and 80 MPa having all other factors in the design constant, varying only the coarse aggregates from Montalban to Angono. Parabolic Method and Least Square Approximation Method were used to graphically compare and study the difference and effects of aggregate alteration as well as the stress strain diagram behavior of the samples. Obvious difference in the manners of graphs were observed and recorded from the experiments done.
