Summary: | The study determines the level of wellness of the employees in Accenture Philippines based on Hettlers six-dimensional model. The study also determined the overall level of wellness of the employees in Accenture Philippines. Finally, the study examined the effects and consequences of the level of wellness towards the employees in Accenture Philippines. The researchers discovered that the employees have moderate levels of wellness overall and in all six subscales. Furthermore, the researchers also discovered the diverse effects and consequences that different employees experience due to the various types of stress experienced in the call center industry. The study discovered that employees in Accenture Philippines experience more stress in terms of the physical and occupational dimension. |
