Description
Summary:The study focuses on Rizalistas, group of individuals who profess strong adherence towards our national hero, Dr. Jose Rizal. However, as they are divided into various sectors, they view Rizal's persona in varied ways -- as a son of Bathala, a saint, a prophet, a spirit and a mentor. The film aims to show the separation of the Rizalistas in Lecheria through this fictional story telling the death of Gaudencio, the group's leader and his son, Jorge's journey into unraveling the truth. Jorge's story was inspired by our interview with Dr. Luis Parabuac, the presiding elder of the Watawat ng Lahi.
