Description
Summary:The study on Relational Aggression of Adolescents focused on the benefits of backbiting. The participants are students from a private university in different colleges. The participants are asked to accomplish a peer nomination form to be able to identify which of them is a Relational Aggressor. A new pool of participants are then formed and asked to accomplish a self-report to verify if they really are Relational Aggressors. Once they are verified, they are then interviewed by the researchers using an interview guide. The perceived benefits for the participants, unlike in the other literatures, is only the fact that they can be able to express their emotions and anger but most felt guilty about it afterwards.
