Summary:The study wanted to investigate if there is a correlation between subjective well-being, spiritual and religious practice and workplace atmosphere. The sample was composed of 115 call center employees and asked to complete three existing scales which measured the variables mentioned above. Data analysis was done with the help of statistic 7 (2004). It was found that there was a significant and positive correlation between subjective well-being and spiritual and religious practice, and also to workplace atmosphere. In addition, the same result for spiritual and religious practice to workplace atmosphere. The relationship of spiritual and religious practice to workplace atmosphere has not been established before, but is established by this study.
