This documentary shows how a former Overseas Performing Artist, Pops, deals with Japan's new restriction on foreign entertainers in an attempt to decrease women trafficking in their country. According to the official website of the Republic of the Philippines, the new law requires a minimum of two years experience outside Japan in the type of performance in which he or she will engage. In this documentary, we follow the different changes in our subject's life and show the alternative ways of earning a living now that he was refused entry to Japan. We also tackle the different issues revolving around the cause of the new restriction, and the reaction of the different people involved with the Overseas Entertainment Business.
