Description
Summary:This research focuses on developing a new device which monitors the blood sugar on a user which does not use strips that are utilized by the commercially available glucose meters. The research is based mainly on the modification of the Ion-Sensitive Field Effect Transistors (ISFET) which is configured to be sensitive to pH at default into a sensor for glucose. The sensor is then connected to the main circuit which displays the reading of the sensor in values of mg/dL and transmits the data to an online database via a Wifi module. The database can be accesses through a Graphical User Interface created by the researchers.
