The instruments used in this study are Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Ability Evaluation. Data gathered was analyzed using descriptive statistics and correlational techniques. Findings show that emotional intelligence level of De La Salle University-Manila student leaders is high. Out of the 20 scales, 13 scales belonged to the upper two zones while seven belongs to the lower two zones.
