Job Assessment, satisfaction, and productivity: A study on the contractual workers of PGFlex

This study aims to discover the job assessment of the contractual workers of PGFlex and how it affects their level of job satisfaction. Also, the relationship of job satisfaction and employee productivity was looked into. For this study, the proponents used a point biserial correlation and Chi-square test statistic. The results showed that majority of the contractual workers are dissatisfied with their job. In addition, there is a moderate strength of correlation between job assessment and job satisfaction. Lastly, the result rendered an independent relationship between job satisfaction and productivity.
