Summary:This study examined the relationship of Work-Life Balance and the personality through the Five Factor Model to the organizational commitment of public office employees. The study utilized quantitative and qualitative research methods, this study surveyed Filipino employees (N=10) from the Department of Finance. The instruments used for quantitative method are the Work-Balance Scale and the Organizational Commitment Scale and for the qualitative method, a semi-structured questionnaire prepared by the researchers was used. Among the variables used in the study, the results have shown that there is a low correlation, variance, and no significant relationship that has been formed among the variables used in the study.
