The researchers of this study identified both internal and external factors which determined the performance of NAMFREL Makati.
This study aims to come up with an account of the experiences of the said organizations, particularly identifying the problems it has encountered and the courses of action it has taken in responding to the problems identified.
Information was gathered by means of library research, structured key-informant interviews and focused group discussion.
The researchers of the study has presented recommendation that will improve the performance of the said organization at the municipal level. |
