Description
Summary:This study identified the reasons for the reduction of religious involvement among De La Salle University-Manila students. Factors specifically sex, significant others, and significant events on the reduction of religious involvement were examined. The researchers made use of qualitative and quantitative method, particularly a semi-structured interview and survey. A survey was administered to one hundred twenty (120) subjects to obtain their religious involvement levels. Then, eighteen (18) of them were chosen for interview on reasons for reduction in religious involvement. As a result sex only had minimal effect on the religious involvement of the students while significant others and significant events had a greater impact.
