Description
Summary:Knotted is a short feature film about the struggles of Neal and Cassie, an engaged couple. The pressure of the weeding starts taking toll on their relationship. Within the few hours before the ceremony proper, through a series of small obstacles that they face both together and individually, Neal and Cassie somehow see and slowly realize that they have very different perspectives. At first they are only able to see their own sides, but in the end they are able to recognize and appreciate each other's efforts and sacrifices for one another. They are put to the test as certain aspects of the wedding--the floral arrangements and the schedule--are disrupted. Cassie tries to sway Neal into aggreeing with what she wants and Neal insists his ways on Cassie. The two try hard to both insist their ways and understand their partner. This short film aims to exhibit the complexity of relationships. There is a distinct difference between being a relatively young couple and being a married couple. This film also explores the maturity of young adults when it comes to relationships. Knotted showcases the emotional maturity that comes with the transition from being a young couple to a married couple.
