Description
Summary:Organizational performance has been one of the main measurements of a success of a company. Utilizing multiple regression analysis together with the Blake and Mouton managerial grid, the management style has been determined as one of the factors determining organizational performance. In this study, the proponents aimed to determine whether or not there was a relationship between management style and organizational performance in the Pancake House Group office. With the use of multiple regression analysis, the results showed that management style was not a significant predictor. Given the results, the proponents used the Blake and Mouton managerial grid to explain the difference in management style of the Pancake House Group. Results showed that team leadership if utilized increases job performance and job satisfaction, but with the given strict guidelines and rules in Pancake House to govern the employees that effect has been neutralized, which is why recommendations have been made to increase job satisfaction, job performance, and the significance of management style.
