Summary:Persons with disabilities have been given much concern in society throughout history, most especially in industries. These individuals are capable of doing work, yet they are still regarded as inferior due to their physical condition. With these things being said, the opportunity to gain employment is one of the most significant factors affecting the life of a person with disability. Therefore, this study aims to focus on the experiences of career success among persons with physical disabilities that intend to show the positive contributions persons with disabilities can give in their job they are capable of becoming successful despite their disability. Content analysis was used in this study to address the existing understanding of persons with physical disabilities with regards to their experiences of work. The results of the study showed that the experiences of persons with physical disabilities with regards to their careers success can be grouped into three factors: the individual-related factors, person-environment fit and social relationships and networks.
