The current study also looked into the comparison of organizational commitment and cognitive style with regards to factors such as age, gender, educational attainment, and years in the company. For data gathering, two survey questionnaires were distributed. The Cogntive Style Inventory by Lorna P. Martin was used to measure cognitive style while Allen, Meyer, and Smith's Three Component (TCM) Employee Commitment Survey was used to measure organizational commitment.
