The Philippines is a growing economy with developing structures all over the Metro. The real estate industry is continuously evolving and it brings up a question, how companies benefit when they manage their own properties. The researchers aim to explain this question in the paper This thesis is about An Analysis of Benefits of Using Insourcing against Outsourcing in Real Estate Management Services among Selected Companies. This study was performed because the researchers wanted to study and investigate phenomenon real estate management and the different kinds of set-ups companies benefit from it. Through the four prepositions, namely Selected companies outsource Real Estate Management because of tenants, facilities and property management, Subsidiaries of a holding company insource as a form of vertical integration, Outsourcing is beneficial to companies because reduces cost and it allows them to focus more on their core functions, and Insourcing is beneficial to companies because it promotes control over cost the researchers are desired to prove those true. The researchers have selected companies that insource and outsource their services to support and prove the prepositions to be correct. The significance of the study would be to help the readers, businesses, and other individuals to understand the importance of real estate management. The researchers have used a purposive sampling method based on a criterion they developed to be further discussed in the paper intensive interviews have been conducted to gather data as well. From all the data that was gathered and analyzed by using content analysis, the researchers found out that companies choose outsourcing or insourcing depending on certain factors the companies have. Factors such as costing, few properties owned, size of the company, and others are the reasons why companies either insource or outsource.
