In this paper, a hybrid Posicast controller is integrated into a conventional circuitry of a 3V to 6v DC-DC Boost converter, and a full-custom lay-out is designed using the 0.35um CMOS library. The system is then simulated in both pre-layout and post-layout designs with simulation results having similar outputs. The behavior of the CMOS controller is verified having similar outputs. The behavior of the CMOS controller is verified by comparing it with the MATLAB model behavior.
