Summary: | The primary purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of establishing a cap business. The study is subdivided into the marketing, technical, organizational, legal, financial, and socio-economic aspects of a business enterprise.
The market study determines the market demand, suitable marketing strategies, and the effective marketing mix that would effectively implement consumer awareness, purchase, and loyalty to the product. The technical study shows the production process, schedule, and capacity of the group. It also contains the plant lay-out and location, unit cost, materials and equipment inherent in the operations of the business. The management and legal study illustrates the organizational structure, job specifications, policies and programs that are established in the business. The financial study contains the projected income, costs, profitability, liquidity, and stability of the enterprise. The final part of the study constitutes the conclusion and recommendation. It is the synthesis of the results of the study and the subsequent recommendations brought about by these results. |
