The researchers conducted an in-depth interview with two siblings each from nine companies. The data gathered were analyzed and themes were observed using content analysis. The results show that the siblings' interaction has advantages like binding relationships with their siblings and disadvantages, greater responsibility and accountability. Family businesses are able to endure their problems by using coping strategies they are comfortable with like compromise.
